Brilliant piece of kit

Bought this after deciding to start playing rugby in my 30s and it has been an absolute godsend. Works brilliantly on my back and legs and is easy to use. Reaches deep tissue and muscle very well. Highly recommend

We love it!

I have struggle with my back and with muscle tension, this a game changer. Love this vibrating foam roller, I have tried a few different ones, but this one is superior. Well built, great design, strong and easy to use and keep clean. Love it and it comes in a great travel bag too. All the family have tried it and enjoyed it, we argue more about who's turn it is with the roller, than we do about the TV remote control.

Great product!

As a personal trainer, I often recommend my clients to balance their weightroom/HIIT sessions by use of physio balls and foam rollers, it's a very effective way to relieve tension/knots and aid recovery.
I used this on myself after my first couple gruelling gym sessions post-lockdown and it made a huge difference in helping me recover from DOMs and prepare for future sessions.

Rumble Roller On Steroids

Convenient and penetrates deeper than other rollers. It gets to where my rumble roller can’t because it’s vibrations. The Body Bolt is also compact and smaller, which makes it convenient on the go. A delightful surprise was the carrying case.
